Morteza “Mori” Hosseini, chair of the University of Florida Board of Trustees, announced the formation of the Presidential Search Committee on December 16, 2025. The 15 committee members bring a diverse array of expertise, professional interests and accomplishments and, most important, a deep devotion to UF’s future. They include representatives from the board, the student body, faculty, administration, alumni and other stakeholders and supporters of UF.

Committee members:
Rahul Patel was born in London, England and lived there for 13 years before immigrating to the United States with his family. Mr. Patel and his wife Swati, a University of Florida alumna, live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two children – Anyssa (17) and Selena (15).
Mr. Patel is a partner in the law firm of King & Spalding where he has been a mergers & acquisitions lawyer for 24 years. King & Spalding is an international law firm with over 1200 lawyers in 23 offices around the world. Mr. Patel is co-head of the firm’s Private Equity / M&A Group and was elected by the firm’s partnership to serve a second term on its Policy Committee, which serves as the firm’s world-wide governing and management committee. Mr. Patel is ranked by Chambers Global, Chambers U.S.A., and Chambers Asia-Pacific as a leading M&A lawyer.
Mr. Patel received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 and law degree in 1997 both from the University of Florida where he was inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame upon graduation. He is the past President of the University of Florida National Alumni Association, the past President of the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council and is a member of the Executive Board of the University of Florida Foundation. Mr. Patel was one of three University of Florida Law School alumni given the inaugural Outstanding Young Alumnus Award. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company (NYSE) and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Westminster Schools.
Mr. Allison is the owner and manager of Wild Goose Farms. Wild Goose Farms is a 1st generation farming company that was established growing citrus in Central Florida in the late 1990’s. The company diversified into cattle, hay, blueberries and seedless tangerines starting in 2005 and avocados in California in 2006. Diversification into pistachios and citrus in California occurred in 2018 and Deep Roots, a containerized tree nursery, was started in 2020. Today, their farms total over 1,300 acres and employ 20 full time workers and 160 seasonal workers.
Prior to farming full time, Mr. Allison was employed by Prudential Financial as Managing Director for their Agricultural Investments division. Prior to joining Prudential, he was an Economist and Manager of Business Analysis for A. Duda and Sons, and a Research Assistant with the University of Florida.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Allison holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Food and Resource Economics. Mr. Allison was awarded the 2011 "College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni and Friends Award of Distinction" for his service to the University of Florida/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. He is a graduate of the IFAS Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources and has also been a member of the Food and Resource Economics Advisory Board.
Mr. Allison currently serves as a Board Member for A. Duda & Sons, Inc. and IMG Enterprises. He also serves on the Board of the Florida Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association and UF’s Florida Foundation Seed Producers, Inc. He is active with various philanthropic endeavors through the Allison Family Fund, a Foundation he and his wife Vesna founded in 2008. Chuck and his wife have three children.
Douglas Band began his tenure in the White House as an intern during the Clinton presidency. He was later appointed by former President Bill Clinton as a special assistant to the president, making him one of the youngest deputy assistants ever to serve in that capacity.
Band went on to become Clinton’s chief advisor from 2002 until 2012 and was the key architect of Clinton’s post-presidency. He created and built the Clinton Global Initiative, which develops and implements solutions to pressing challenges around the world such as improving health systems and investing in clean energy or water. To date, CGI has raised $69 billion for 2,100 philanthropic initiatives around the world and impacted over 435 million people in 180 countries.
Throughout his career, Band has been involved in various negotiations to free Americans held around the world and has advised several heads of state, governors and mayors with transitioning out of public life. He is now advising companies on a larger scale in New York as the co-founder and president of the global advisory firm Teneo Holdings.
Band has served on the University of Florida Foundation’s national board, nominating committee, board of directors and the student affairs development advisory board.
A native of Sarasota, Florida, Band earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. He earned a master's degree from Georgetown University's graduate school and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
David Brandon is a fourth generation Floridian and 1981 University of Florida graduate from the highly regarded Rinker School of Construction Management, where he is now a member of the M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management Hall of Fame.
In 1983, he founded Brandon Construction Company of Palm Harbor. David serves as President and CEO of Brandon Construction Company. As a State licensed General Contractor for over 40 years, David has been responsible for over 1000 projects including high-rise condominiums, office buildings, retail establishments, educational facilities, and medical facilities throughout the State. Luxury homes built by Brandon Construction are among the finest, most storm resistant and energy-efficient in the industry.
Brandon’s expertise in construction, development and fiscal responsibility has served him well in the banking industry. In 1996, David became an organizing director of Peoples Bank. The bank was sold to Synovus Bank, and he continued to serve as director through 2007. He went on to serve as director of Jefferson Bank for ten years until it sold. He is currently serving as a director of Flagship Bank.
David is passionate about the University of Florida. He is a Member of the University of Florida’s Presidents Council at the Gold Level, a Member of the Legacy Society Alumni Association, Life member of the UF Alumni Association, and a member of the Gator Boosters. Brandon is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Task Force in the College of Design Construction and Planning. He serves as Board Chair for the University of Florida Development Corporation and is a past member of the Athletic Association Board of Directors. David was Appointed as UF Trustee in July of 2014. He Chairs the Facilities and Capital Improvement Committee.
Rebecca L. Brock, a sixth generation Florida native, is In-House Counsel at The Breakers Palm Beach. She began her legal career as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County. Subsequently, she developed a complex civil trial practice and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Law. Rebecca served as President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), one of the most highly respected organizations in the nation for civil trial lawyers, in 2020, as well as President of FLABOTA, the organization that oversees the Florida Chapters of ABOTA in 2024. Rebecca is a Fellow in the International Society of Barristers.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. While a student at UF, she was a member of Florida Blue Key and President of Kappa Alpha Theta. She is the president of the University of Florida Alumni Association and chair of the University of Florida College of Law Board of Trustees. She is past president of the University of Florida College of Law Alumni Council and has taught trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at the UF Levin College of Law. She is a member of The Herbert Wertheim UF Scripps Institute for Biomedical Innovation & Technology Ambassador Council, helping to further the institute’s lifesaving mission and goals.
Rebecca is the vice chair of the board of directors of ChildNet, the organization chosen by the State of Florida to manage the protection of abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. She is active in organizations in the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar.
Rebecca lives in Jupiter, FL with her husband Jon Krone (a UF alumnus) and their daughter.
Richard P. Cole is the Founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest all Florida law firm. He is recognized as a Florida Leading Attorney in the areas of personal injury defense law, medical, legal and professional malpractice. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Cole was Student Body President, Chief Justice of Traffic Court and was named to “Who’s Who Among American College and University Students.” He was also a member of Florida Blue Key. In 2020, Mr. Cole was appointed, by the Governor, to the University of Florida Board of Trustees in 2020 and re-appointed in 2025. And in 2022, was recognized by its law school as alumnus of the year.
Mr. Cole is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the Supreme Court of Florida; and all local courts within the State of Florida.
Mr. Cole is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated Preeminent attorney. He is a member of the American Bar Association, AIDA Reinsurance & Insurance Arbitration Society and The Florida Bar. He is a past Director, Secretary, Vice President, and President of the Dade County Bar Association and a past Delegate to the United States Eleventh Circuit Conference.He is a past Director of the Dade County Defense Bar Association. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (President, Miami-Dade Chapter 2004) and Senior Life Fellow of ABOTA, American Inns Of Court, the American Arbitration Association, the Legal Malpractice and Medical Malpractice Committees of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Association of Past Bar Association Presidents of Florida and the Defense Research Institute. He was an Advisory Committee member of the Volunteer Lawyers’ Project for the Southern District of Florida. He was Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Grievance Committee, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and a Member of the Eleventh Circuit Historical Society, and currently a member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. Mr. Cole’s civic activities include: President, Kiwanis Breakfast Club of Miami; President, 200 Club of Miami; Vice Chairman, Easter Seal Society of Dade County; Chairman, Interim Boundaries Committee for the City of Miami; Pillar, United Way of Dade County; Director and Secretary, Miami Club; Director, Miami City Club; Executive Committee of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; and Dean’s Circle/Dean’s Council for University of Miami (2015-2020). University of Florida Board of Trustees (2020 – present). Mr. Cole was selected as the 2023 Honoree of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) Judge Learned Hand Award and Honoree of the 2023 Twelve Good Men award on behalf of the Ronald McDonald House of South Florida.
Blake E. Cox is a graduate student from Winter Park, Florida pursuing his Master of Science in Management here at the University of Florida. He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree, majoring in Political Science and Agricultural Education and Communication.
Prior to his current role as Student Body President, Blake served in Student Government for four years, primarily in the Senate. In his time, he served as the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, Senate President Pro-Tempore, and as Senate President. Blake also served as the Florida Student Association’s Chief of Staff for the 2024-2025 school year, as well as being the sole student representative on the Florida Board of Governors Strategic Planning Steering Committee.
In his role as Student Body President, Blake plans on working to enhance the student experience by fighting campus-wide issues, such as mental health and food insecurity. After his time as Student Body President, Blake plans to attend law school and become an attorney in the state of Florida.
Dr. Luisa Amelia Dempere is the 2025-2026 University of Florida Faculty Senate Chair. She is the Director of the Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF) and a Faculty Engineer with affiliations in the Departments of Materials Science and Engineering and Environmental Engineering Sciences at the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE). She is a double Gator, earning her Master's and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the HWCOE. Her professional career at UF has focused on teaching materials characterization techniques and research projects centered on the development of microscopy and microanalysis methodologies.
Dr. Dempere has over three decades of experience in the operations management and administration of multi-user materials characterization facilities, with the addition of cleanroom nano-fabrication facilities over the last nine years. These facilities support the training and research activities of UF PIs, students, and staff, as well as other academic institutions and industrial users.
Her involvement in UF’s shared governance spans almost two decades, as a member and often chair of multiple Joint Committees, Presidential Committees, Senate Councils, and as a Senator representing the HWCOE. Most recent efforts include the Senate Nominating Committee, the Committee on Committees, the Senate Welfare Council, the Research and Scholarship Council, and the Senate Steering Committee. In addition, she recently served on the UF Action Team Committee for reducing faculty administrative burden, the Senate ad hoc committee on the state of shared governance at UF, and was awarded a fellowship in the SEC Academic Leadership Development Program.
Dr. Dempere is deeply honored to serve as Chair of the Faculty Senate and as a member of the University of Florida Board of Trustees, representing the faculty.
Kelly D. Foote, MD, is the Donnellan/Einstein/Merz Professor of Functional Neurosurgery at the University of Florida and Co-Director of the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Foote earned a BS in Materials Science and Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Utah College of Engineering in 1991, followed by his MD from the University of Utah College of Medicine in 1995.
He completed a general surgery internship and neurosurgery residency at the University of Florida, finishing in 2001. His residency included a dedicated year of advanced training in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery under Drs. William Friedman and Frank Bova. Dr. Foote subsequently completed fellowship training in deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery at the Université Joseph Fourier in Grenoble, France, under Professor Alim-Louis Benabid, the inventor of modern DBS therapy, as well as fellowship training in movement disorders neurology at Emory University under Drs. Mahlon DeLong
and Jerrold Vitek. He later completed the Advanced Postgraduate Program in Clinical Investigation as part of an NIH Career Development Award.
Dr. Foote joined the University of Florida neurosurgery faculty in July 2002. Together with his neurology partner, Dr. Michael S. Okun, he co-founded the internationally recognized Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases. Dr. Foote has performed more than 3,000 DBS lead implantation procedures, helping establish the University of Florida DBS program as the busiest in the United States.
His research focuses on novel applications of DBS technology, including adaptive (closed-loop) DBS, optimization of DBS clinical outcomes, and neurophysiological and micro-anatomical characterization of functional brain circuitry. Dr. Foote’s scholarly impact is substantial, with nearly 300 peer-reviewed publications and an H-index of 77. His NIH-funded research portfolio includes clinical trials investigating DBS for Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, multiple sclerosis–related tremor, tremor recurrence after VIM DBS, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Tourette syndrome. He has also led or participated in foundation- and industry-sponsored trials exploring DBS for Parkinsonian gait disorders, treatmentresistant depression, Alzheimer’s disease, and emerging DBS hardware platforms.
Dr. Foote has received numerous honors, including Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Omega Alpha, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Resident Award, and the Chuck Shank Award for excellence in neurosurgery. He has been repeatedly recognized among Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Surgeons, has served on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, and was selected by University of Florida neurosurgery residents and fellows as the inaugural Faculty Mentor of the Year in 2011. He was elected to the American Academy of Neurological Surgery in 2012 and received the University of Florida College of Medicine Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025.
Ed Haddock is Co-Chairman/CEO of Full Sail University, in Winter Park, Florida. By focusing on student success, Full Sail has grown from several hundred students when Governor Haddock began as President to over 20,000 students. It has become an internationally recognized entertainment media and emerging technology educational institution with over 100,000 graduates, many of whom have been awarded Grammys, Academy Awards and other entertainment and emerging technology honors. Prior to Full Sail, Governor Haddock was Managing Partner and Chairman of Swann and Haddock law firm based in Orlando, Florida, as it expanded from three attorneys to one of the largest law offices in both Orlando and Tallahassee prior to its merger into Milwaukee-based Foley & Lardner LLP. Before Swann and Haddock, Governor Haddock was an associate in the Lowndes Law Firm in Orlando. Governor Haddock has also been a faculty member for the Practicing Law Institute, co-author of a report to Congress regarding issues in Central America and a board member of the University of Central Florida Foundation. In addition to his role at Full Sail University, Governor Haddock also advises SunGate Capital, Fidelity Family Trust Company and Investors Preferred Life Insurance Company, which he established to serve family offices, trusts and estates.
Governor Haddock received his bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Economics in 1969 from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, where he was president of the student body and currently serves on its Board of Trustees, Executive Committee and as Chairman of its Student Affairs Committee. Governor Haddock earned his Juris Doctorate in 1972 at the University of Virginia School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Virginia.
Governor Haddock was appointed to the Board of Governors in 2020. During his time on the Board, he has advocated for higher education that leads to student success and meets the demands of Florida’s workforce.
Governor Haddock and his wife Edye have six sons, four daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren, who are part of their day-to-day lives. Keeping up with them and fitness are Governor Haddock’s hobbies.
Shakira Henderson, PhD, DNP, MS, MPH, EMBA, IBCLC, RNC-NIC, assumed the role of the University of Florida College of Nursing’s sixth Dean and Chief Administrative Officer in January 2024. In addition to serving as the Dean, she is the Associate Vice President for nursing education, practice, and research, as well as the system Chief Nurse Executive for UF Health. A transformative health care leader and advocate, Dr. Henderson has dedicated her career to advancing equity-driven innovation, integration of clinical research, and operational excellence within health care systems. With over two decades of experience, her leadership is grounded in her commitment to creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Dr. Henderson's research focuses on leadership, breastfeeding, and global health. Born and raised on a small Caribbean Island, she developed an early appreciation for academics and lifelong learning, which inspired her pursuit of multiple science-related degrees. She holds dual doctoral degrees (PhD and DNP) and master's degrees in business, public health, anatomical sciences, and advanced nursing practice with a specialization in nursing education. Her educational background also includes undergraduate degrees in biological sciences, chemistry with a minor in microbiology, and nursing.
Throughout her career, Dr. Henderson has championed professional volunteerism and advocacy. She serves as an elected board member and neonatal expert for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and held the position of 2023, President. Additionally, she was elected to the North Carolina Board of Nursing in 2022, co-chaired the North Carolina Nurses Association’s Nurses on Boards Council, and chaired Leadership North Carolina Cohort XXX. Her global reach includes service on an international board for lactation, and she has held roles as a fellow, mentor, and faculty advisor at Sigma’s Maternal-Child Health Nurse Leadership Academy. She also served as a faculty advisor for Sigma’s Nurse Leadership Academy for Practice. Her passion for supporting health has landed her a committee appointment at the U.S. Center for SafeSport and an AWHONN organizational representative position on the federal Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children.
Dr. Henderson is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, regularly contributing to conferences, scholarly publications, grants, editorial boards, journal reviews, book chapters, webinars, podcasts, and fireside chats. She has adjunct faculty appointments at U.S.-based and international programs in nursing, business, health care administration, and clinical research. Her dedication to advancing health equity and clinical research has earned her over fifty awards and honors at local, national, and international levels. Among her many achievements, she was named an ambassador for the inaugural Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Academy for Diverse Emerging Nurse Leaders and recognized as the 2023 Alumna of Distinction by the University of Miami School of Nursing.
Before her current role, Dr. Henderson served as the System Vice President and Research Officer for UNC Health, the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Clinical Research at UNC Chapel Hill, and the Clinical Research Integration Officer for the UNC School of Medicine. She led a comprehensive research strategy aligning translational, basic, and clinical research with the “One UNC” system vision. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes the power of collective action and the importance of small, everyday contributions toward creating a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
Daniel O'Keefe is the co-managing partner of the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member and a former Practice Group Leader of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
Daniel handles real estate and land use issues, from negotiating loans and government approvals to dealing with regulatory agencies and handling concurrency issues for builders and developers. He assists residential and commercial developers and home builders with local and national large-scale projects. Daniel is a former banker and represents financial institutions in loan transactions as well as work out and restructuring transactions.
Having focused on Central Florida real estate for many years, Daniel's knowledge of the region and the industry was recognized by Governor Jeb Bush and Governor Charlie Crist, who appointed Daniel to the board of the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council. He was also appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the South Florida Water Management District in 2011 and was elected chairman in 2013. In January 2018, Governor Scott appointed Mr. O’Keefe to the University of Florida Board of Trustees.
In his practice, Daniel handles a broad range of development, land use and regulatory issues for large-scale multi-use developments. These include entitlement issues, regulatory and permitting issues with state and federal agencies and school and traffic concurrency matters. He also counsels hotels, apartments and restaurants through the challenges of financing, acquisitions, joint ventures and development.
Daniel actively supports several business and political groups in the area. In addition to having served as a board member of the West Orange Political Alliance, a political action committee representing its community, Daniel is an active member of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. He previously served on the Wekiva River System Advisory Management Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Smart Growth Alliance.
Dr. Li-Ming Su is the Pete and Carolyn Newsome Endowed Chair of Urologic Oncology and Chair of the Department of Urology at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical College in 2000 and a fellowship in robotics and laparoscopic surgery in 2001 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He served eight years on faculty at the James Buchanan Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital before coming to the University of Florida in 2008 as the Chief of the Division of Robotic and Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery. In 2016 he assumed the role as chair of the department, raising the reputation of the program as one of the top urology departments in the country. In addition to his role as chair of urology, he has also served on the Board of Directors of the Shands Teaching Hospital and Clinics, Inc. from 2018 – 2025 and is currently a member of the UF Health Shands Hospital Community Board of Directors since 2025.
His clinical interests include robotic surgery for prostate and kidney cancer. Dr. Su’s research focuses on exploring advanced imaging as applied to urologic surgery. He has had specific interest in imaging of the neurovascular bundles surrounding the prostate that are responsible for penile erectile function and has explored optical imaging technologies such as optical coherence tomography and confocal laser endomicroscopy in pre-clinical models. He has authored over 107 peer-reviewed manuscripts and over 33 book chapters including chapters in both Campbell’s Urology and Smith’s Textbook of Endourology. He is the editor of the textbook Atlas of Robotic Urologic Surgery, which is in its 3rd edition as a surgical atlas that provides step-by-step schematic and video-based instructions and is designed to enhance the learning of novice robotic urologic surgeons. Dr. Su has been a member of the American Board of Urology Written Examination Committee (2012-2016) and currently serves on the Oral Examination Committee. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow) in 2021 and has served as the Secretary General for the Endourological Society since 2021. He has received national awards including Newsweek’s Top Cancer Doctors and Castle Connelly’s America’s Top Doctors (2011-2024). Lastly, he has received first place audio-visual and manuscript awards for topics of laparoscopic prostate and kidney surgery.
Karen Unger began her career in politics after her graduation from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences over three decades ago. Unger served as Director of Friends and Family for the 2016 Jeb Bush Presidential Campaign. Prior to that role, Unger served as Director of Voter Engagement for Governor Bush’s Leadership Political Action Committee, Right to Rise. She previously served as a Senior Advisor for Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s Presidential Committee in 2008.
Unger served as Campaign Manager for Governor Bush’s successful 2002 Re-election Campaign, making him the first Republican governor in Florida’s history to be elected to a second term in office. Prior to the 2002 election cycle, Unger worked in Governor Bush’s administration, serving as Director of Appointments, Director of External Affairs, and Deputy Chief of Staff.
Before moving to Tallahassee from South Florida, Unger was a Field Director for Bush’s victorious 1998 gubernatorial campaign. She also served as Campaign Manager for U.S. Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. Unger previously worked in Congressman Shaw’s Federal District Office and was Finance Director in his 1994 campaign.
Unger serves as President-elect of Gator Boosters, Inc. and on the University of Florida Foundation Executive Board. She previously served as President of the University of Florida Alumni Association and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Maclay School. Unger is a member of the Miami-Dade and Broward Board of the American Jewish Committee.
Unger and her husband, Jason, split time between Miami and Tallahassee. They have two children, Olivia and Griffin, who are current college students.
Bill Walton is co-founder and executive chairman of Rockpoint Group, LLC, a global real estate private equity firm which sponsors real estate investment funds capitalized by domestic and foreign institutional investors. Mr. Walton also earlier co-founded Westbrook Real Estate Partners, LLC, a similar real estate investment management firm. Prior to co-founding Westbrook,
Mr. Walton was a managing director in the real estate group of Morgan Stanley & Company, Inc. Mr. Walton is involved with several real estate industry organizations and serves on the boards of Boston Properties, Crow Holdings, and FRP Holdings, Inc. He also serves or has served as a Director or Trustee on the Boards of several non-profit organizations, with a particular interest in educational and policy entities, including the American Enterprise Institute, the Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, the University of Florida Investment Corporation, Princeton University and Princeton University Investment Company, as well as Princeton’s Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment, its Art Museum, and its Center for Economic Policy Studies. Mr. Walton received an A.B. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
